The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Their shuttle service was a huge convenience and made the process easy and stress-free. In addition to auto glass services, they also offer residential and commercial window services, making them a great local resource for a variety of glass needs. It's always nice to support a local company that delivers quality work and personalized service. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with RC Adams Glass. We wanted to use a locally owned company to install two large windows in our garage. They came out to do a proper quote and were well under the cost of the other providers. The installers were true craftsmen and the work was top quality. RC Adams Glass truly went above and beyond today. I called numerous places in Prince George asking for a walk-in appointment for a rock chip repair and was turned away. RC Adams saved the day! The lady I spoke to was so kind, and had great phone manners. I was told to come on by. They fixed my chip beautifully and even scrubbed the bugs off my windshield (which was so appreciated, my glass hasn't been that clean in a while!). They ran my chip through my ICBC insurance so it was no charge to me. Their speedy service and kindness is unmatched. Thank you for making my day! ☺️ If you are in need of a glass service, I cannot recommend them enough!

Fast, reliable and professional. Use them a lot of various rentals and never has an issue. Communicates well and well priced compared to their competition. ****Wanted to come and give them a review but seen I already did a few months ago, so here's an update! Since my last review they've done 10's of jobs for us. Whether we had issues with them getting access (would be our fault) or lack of communication on our part, they've still been very reliable and understanding. After checking with multiple vendors they're always very close or better in pricing, but the way they treat their clients is what has really set them apart for us. I use them for work jobs, personal jobs and refer them any chance I get, they're coming next week again to do another repair for me!

We decided to take advantage of the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan offered by the federal government to put new windows and doors into our 57 year old home. We solicited a number of quotes and went with RC Adams, and boy, are we glad we did. The customer service and attention to detail has been excellent. The staff at RC Adams walked us through the application process for both the grant and the loan, assisted with window design, suggested window styles and frame colours based on the age and design of our home, and made us feel like valued customers. The installers were extremely professional and worked in some challenging conditions - not just the winter weather, but with poor framing and quirks that were unique to our home. We cannot say enough good things about RC Adams and the quality of service and product we have received. They demonstrated a very personal touch and made this a much less daunting experience. They are, truly, a local gem.

RC Adams installed around 12 windows and 3 glass doors this spring. Now that it's cold, -40C, I can sure tell the excellent quality of the triple paned glass. They are warm to the touch on the interior and I didn't know that was even possible. The installers were great and really knew what they were doing. Awesome investment and I highly recommend RC Adams Glass!

Great company!! From the staff in the office to the estimator and the skilled, professional installers. We couldn't be happier with our experience. We had several windows replaced. Randy, Mark and Brian ( i hope I have the names right) were very respectful of our home, they placed mats where they walked and cleaned absolutely everything up before they left. They worked really well together as a team in less than ideal conditions and even reinstalled the blinds that I took down. I don't normally do reviews but this company provided such great service that I felt it important to let others know. Thank you, Rose and Metro
